The minimum thickness is 0.8mm for photo etched custom logo pins and it can be increased to 2.0mm maximum. With this process, your design can be as versatile as die struck or die casted logo pins.

Specifications

Material : Standard thickness is 0.8mm brass plate. Thicker material is available upon request with unit price increased and the maximum thickness of brass material is 2mm only.
Colors : Soft Enamel (Liquid stage)
Motifs : Made by etching with acid chemical.
Color Chart : Pantone Book.
Strength: The total lead content test of soft enamel colors conform to the specifications of US CPSIA HR4040
Production Procedures: Preparing Films → Transferring motifs from film onto the sheet of brass → Motifs etched by acid chemical → Color Filling (sheet by sheet instead of piece by piece) → Baking at temperature of 160°C → Polishing (sheet by sheet, too) → External Shape Cutting → Attachment Soldering → Racking Before Plating → Electroplating → Epoxy Covering if Necessary → Packing.
