Imitation Hard Enamel Coloring and Stoning
Imitation hard enamel has replaced parts of the hard enamel pins because of similarity, lower cost, fast delivery time and much more colors to choose from. Customers always praise our imitation hard enamel pins because they are brighter, shinier and smoother than other suppliers’ products.
The production procedures of imitation hard enamel pins are similar to hard enamel pins, only the colors; the way of color drying and the grinding machines are different.
Colors: Hard enamel colors are in powder stage and imported from Japan or UK and with limited color options. Imitation hard enamel colors are in liquid stage, china made enamel colors can be mingled
Color Drying: Imitation hard enamel colors are dried by oven with temperature of 80℃ while hard enamel colors are burned with 800℃ with gas gun.
Grinding Machine: We use the same grinding machine for both Hard Enamel & Imitation Hard Enamel material, but the grinding wheels set inside are different. Grinding wheels prepared for Hard Enamel Colors are more coarse, however the wheels set for Imitation Hard Enamel Colors are finer.
