CMYK PAD Printing
Pad printing is so handy and useful in our coloring department. It can be applied for most of the lapel pins, no matter the emblems’ surface is flat or recessed, pad printing can complete the jobs.
For die struck soft enamel or photo etched soft enamel pins, colored areas are always lower than metal parts, if the tiny details should be color filled, we will use pad printing to stamp the colors because pad is soft head, which can be fit inside lower level. If your logo or design is shaded image, pad printing is best solution because it is designed for CMYK printing.

- For hard enamel or imitation hard enamel pins with 4 color process printing, we have to use pad printing to complete the job too.
