Specifications of Tie Stick Pin

  • Standard fittings available in 3 sizes: #127 (43mm), #126 (38mm), and #125 (43mm)
  • #127 with small head is suitable for logos with open areas and must be fixed with silver or copper soldering for sturdiness
  • #125 with larger head (4mm diameter) is designed for larger logos (6mm or more) or those without hole-cutouts and can be fixed with tin soldering due to its larger soldering area
  • Custom logos can be made with a variety of materials including hard enamel, imitation hard enamel, copper soft enamel, iron soft enamel, printing logos, zinc alloy, or pewter and can be soldered or glued with our standard fittings
  • Optional metal end fittings available: #131 (nickel plated) and #130 (gold plated)
