Stamping
There are different ways of producing custom made lapel pins and die struck (stamping) is the most common way of metal emblems. We have to engrave the molds first and transfer the motifs which are engraved on molds to metal pieces by stamping as you can review in these videos. We have 50 more stamping machines, most of the stamping machines are controlled by foot; some of them controlled by hands (for large sized emblems) and few of them are automatic stamping machines (for large quantity orders).
