Embroidery Patch Stabilizing Process
The base fabric we use for embroidery patches includes twill, velvet, felt, fire retardant fabric, 3M reflective fabric, and more. Before we start the embroidery process, a mesh or non-woven stabilizer must be applied to keep the fabric from stretching, puckering, or moving during the embroidery process. After the process, the fabric is stabilized with added stiffness and thickness, helping stitches look good and resulting in good-quality patches. This is especially vital for ensuring the precision and integrity of the embroidered design.
