Zinc Alloy Injection - Zinc alloy must be heated to be liquid stage, so it can be propelled by injection machines. Since all the shapes are formed by casting, it is perfect material for making custom medals, lapel pins, key chains… etc. which are in 3D or full cubic or with empty spaces in between. This is the procedure for zinc alloy injection (or die casting). It is hard to see how the item formed from injection because operation is done inside the case. Zinc alloy is in liquid stage, so it can be propelled by injection. Zinc alloy can be made as flat in 2D/ Cubic in 3D or 360 degree cubic like miniature.
